Individual Counseling

Individual counseling provides a safe, confidential space where you can meet one-on-one with a licensed therapist to address the challenges that are keeping you from living the life you desire. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, addiction, grief, or major life transitions, therapy offers an opportunity to gain insight, develop practical tools, and experience meaningful, lasting change.

Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, life experiences, and relationship patterns that may be contributing to your current struggles. Rather than simply managing symptoms, our goal is to uncover and heal the deeper issues that fuel emotional pain and thought patterns.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is one of the most effective and extensively researched approaches for treating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges. CBT is based on the understanding that our thoughts influence our emotions, and our emotions influence our behaviors. When we develop distorted or unhelpful beliefs about ourselves, others, or the world, those beliefs can lead to emotional distress and unhealthy coping strategies.

In therapy, you'll learn to recognize these unhelpful thinking patterns, challenge beliefs that are inaccurate or no longer serve you, and replace them with healthier, more balanced perspectives. As your thinking changes, your emotional responses and behaviors often begin to change as well. CBT also provides practical skills you can apply outside of therapy to better manage stress, regulate emotions, improve communication, and make healthier decisions in everyday life.

Our goal is not simply to help you "think more positively," but to help you think more accurately, respond more intentionally, and build a foundation for lasting emotional and relational health.
